DRINK RECIPE: SIX STEPS FOR YOUR SIZZLING ZOBO DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  1. Roselle Flowers ( Zobo flower)
  2. Water
  3. Flavour ( banana, ginger, pineaple etc. To taste)
  4. Sugar ( to taste) or you can use the sachet flavour with sugar.
  5. Ginger
  6. Cloves

PREPARATION STEPS

  1. Wash the flowers
  2. Pour the water into a big pot. The water should be 4 times more than the zobo flower.
  3. Fill the pot with zobo flowers, grated ginger and pounded cloves.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes and sieve
  5. Add flavour and sugar to taste.
