Ingredients
- Dry pepper
- Onions
- Seasoning
- Salt
- Palm Oil

Method
- Blend the dry pepper with 2 big onions
- Pour the palm oil into a dry pot
- After bleaching the palm oil, slice the onions and add the blended dry pepper
- Add some seasoning and salt (to taste)
- Stir for a while , just to prevent it from sticking to the pot
- Fry for 45 minutes
- Transfer into a fresh pot, and add the fried dry pepper
- Fry for 20 to 30 minutes till it gives a dark brown colour……
