HOW TO PREPARE ATA EWA AGANYIN

Ingredients

  1. Dry pepper
  2. Onions
  3. Seasoning
  4. Salt
  5. Palm Oil

Method

  1. Blend the dry pepper with 2 big onions
  2. Pour the palm oil into a dry pot
  3. After bleaching the palm oil, slice the onions and add the blended dry pepper
  4. Add some seasoning and salt (to taste)
  5. Stir for a while , just to prevent it from sticking to the pot
  6. Fry for 45 minutes
  7. Transfer into a fresh pot, and add the fried dry pepper
  8. Fry for 20 to 30 minutes till it gives a dark brown colour……
