Women That Inspire – Oluwaseun Sabigurl

Oluwaseun Sabigurl

I woke the kids up to get them ready for school and I went back to lie down in my room.

Isabella and Tomiwa came to my room, sat on my bed and took turns to say YOU’RE THE BEST MUMMY IN THE WORLD, THANK YOU FOR NOT LETTING US MISS ANY OF THE SCHOOL DAYS, NOW WE’LL GET A GIFT FROM MARGARET. (Margaret is the school’s secretary)

Oluwaseun, the supermum

I got so emotional, these children made me cry today. You think taking care of 3 young kids all by yourself without support from anyone is easy? Then you have the one with special needs that is unaware of dangers hence you have to be on his trail every damn time. My people I deserve a medal.

I go to school too, I take Jaden to countless appointments, I attend workshops that takes me out of the house sometimes throughout the day but their welfare is my priority. I still don’t know how I do it but all the same I GET IT DONEπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

The supermum sometimes stages a sit in too πŸ˜€

Anyway, today is the last day of school and I got the reward for being consistent throughout the 170days of school.

To all the mums out there, go ahead and say something beautiful about yourself.

I AM STRONG, RESILIENT, A SHINY STAR, ACHIEVER, A SUPER MUM, A FRIEND, I’M UNAPOLOGETICALLY ME.
